Vietnam’s Country Coordinating Mechanism, “Proposal Form, Round 10,” 2010. Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCMs) include representatives from governments,  tiep bong da k+ multilateral or bilateral agencies, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, private businesses and people affected by the diseases (HIV, TB and malaria) that the Global Fund focuses on. Country Coordinating Mechanisms develop proposals to The Global Fund and oversee implementation of Global Fund grants. The Ministry of Labor is represented on Vietnam’s CCM.
